These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you ("you") and Construction Cowboys ("Company," "we," "us"), governing your use of our website and our concrete patio, driveway, and sidewalk installation and repair services (the "Services") in and around Houston, TX. By requesting a quote, booking a project, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
1. Our Services
Construction Cowboys provides concrete contracting services limited to patios, driveways, and sidewalks, including new installation, repair, resurfacing, crack filling, leveling, and additions, for residential and commercial properties. Every project begins with a free, no-obligation site visit and a written, itemised quote.
2. Quotes, Scheduling & Payment
Quotes are based on the site conditions, access, and scope described at the time of your estimate. Material price changes, hidden site conditions (such as poor sub-grade soil discovered after demolition), or scope changes you request may require a revised quote before work continues. Payment terms are set out in your project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
The text, images, logos, and other content on our website belong to Construction Cowboys or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Text & Email Communications
If you opt in to receive text messages or emails from us about your estimate or project, standard messaging and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP," and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, to give our crews safe and reasonable access to the work area, and to disclose known underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other obstructions on your property before we dig or pour.
6. Warranty & Liability
Workmanship on completed projects is covered by the written guarantee provided in your project agreement. Outside of that guarantee, Construction Cowboys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Before pursuing formal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us directly. Unresolved disputes will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
